1. Who we are

HifzVerse ("we", "us", "our") operates the HifzVerse website and application (the "Service"), accessible at hifzverse.com. By using the Service, you are entering into an agreement with HifzVerse.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or continuing to use the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You confirm that you have the legal authority to accept these Terms, either personally or on behalf of an organization you represent.

3. The Service

HifzVerse is a Quran learning and memorization software tool. The Service provides structured study features including memorization progress tracking, Tajweed study lessons, practice quizzes, prayer time utilities, bookmarks and related Islamic study tools. The Service is offered with free features and an optional paid Premium software subscription.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
  • send spam, malware, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system;
  • interfere with, probe, scan, scrape, or disrupt the Service or its security;
  • infringe the intellectual property or other rights of HifzVerse or any third party;
  • resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service without our consent.

5. Account information

If you create an account, you must provide accurate information, keep it updated, and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, content, branding, and documentation, is owned by HifzVerse and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reverse engineer, copy, or create derivative works except as permitted by law.

7. Premium subscriptions and billing

HifzVerse offers an optional paid Premium subscription billed monthly. Subscriptions are processed by our reseller, Paddle. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. By making a payment you also agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms, which govern payment, billing, taxes, cancellation, and refunds.

Premium subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time via paddle.net or by contacting us; access to premium features ends at the end of the current billing period.

8. Service availability

We provide the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for: material breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HifzVerse will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the amounts you have paid to us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (such as for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence).

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify HifzVerse against any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Service, your content, or your breach of these Terms.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which HifzVerse is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts in that jurisdiction.
