How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions on HifzVerse. To request a refund:

• Email us at support@hifzverse.com and we'll help arrange it.

Premium subscriptions

You can cancel a monthly premium subscription at any time via paddle.net or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future billing. Refunds for past payments follow the 30-day window above.

Processing time

Refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
